Starting his journey as an apprentice cabinet maker at just 17 years of age, Sam has built a career that has seen him take on a wide range of roles across the business, continually developing his skills and leadership along the way. From the factory floor to site operations and management, his willingness to step up and support the business wherever needed has been a hallmark of his career.

Over the past two decades, Sam has played an important role in supporting teams, guiding change and helping drive the business forward. Thank you, Sam, for your dedication, commitment and contribution over the last 20 years. Congratulations on this outstanding milestone.
